These terms apply when you create or fund a paid placement on Apptop.
You purchase a disclosed leaderboard contribution attached to a destination URL. Position is calculated under the public ranking rules and may change whenever other payments settle or existing payments are reversed. No traffic, conversion, duration, or commercial result is guaranteed.
You confirm that your submitted destination and app copy are lawful, accurate, and do not impersonate another party. Funding a destination does not prove ownership of that destination or grant you rights in its brand.
The server quote controls the amount due. Verified settlement triggers automatic publication, subject to service availability and ongoing moderation. Refunds, disputes, fraud reversals, and chargebacks reduce the destination's net bid by the reversed contribution. Payment-provider processing times and procedures may apply.
Published apps remain subject to review. Apptop may block or remove content that violates the rules or creates legal, payment, or security risk. Content removed for a rule violation may not qualify for a voluntary refund, except where law requires otherwise.
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Apptop may change non-material interface details, maintain infrastructure, prevent abuse, or discontinue the chart. The ranking formula will not be changed silently while active paid placements rely on it.
