Rules / Version 1.4

How ranking works.

Apptop sells clearly disclosed leaderboard placement. These are the complete ranking rules.

01

Bid range

New destinations accept whole US-dollar bids from $2 to $999999. Bid increments are $1.

02

Taking the top

A different destination only needs a whole-dollar total at least $1 above the current leader. The same $1 step applies throughout the board.

03

Position and ties

Higher net verified bid ranks higher. Equal bids keep chronological priority.

04

Adding to a destination

Canonical URLs accumulate verified contributions. Entering a number above the current total sets a target and charges only the difference. A number at or below the current total is added in full.

05

When rank changes

A quote does not reserve a rank. After payment is verified, a new app is published automatically at the position available on the current board, not the earlier estimate.

06

Refunds and chargebacks

A reversed payment is subtracted. The destination leaves the chart when its net bid reaches zero.

07

Destinations

Use a direct HTTPS app website, app store, GitHub, or public social profile URL. Shorteners, malware, deceptive downloads, adult content, illegal goods, hate, harassment, and impersonation are prohibited.

08

Moderation

New apps go live automatically after verified payment and remain subject to review. Apptop may pause or remove a destination that breaks these rules or creates legal, payment, or security risk. Community reports trigger review, not automatic removal.

Paid position does not promise clicks, customers, revenue, investment return, a prize, or permanent rank.
