The whole algorithm
Higher net bid = higher rank.
Equal bids keep the older settled position.
Paid placement is disclosed
Every ranked link is marked as sponsored. A position is not an award, recommendation, or promise of traffic.
Budget follows the destination
Verified contributions accumulate on the same canonical URL. A higher target charges only the difference, while the same or a smaller contribution is added in full.
Reversals count
Pending quotes do nothing. Settled events add to rank, while refunds and chargebacks subtract their original contribution.
